Description: this airframe of Lufthansa arrived on July 14 1994 at Brussels from Frankfurt in the full outfit of Lufthansa. A day later it was repainted in the livery of Sabena without the billboard titles and became operational from July 18 onwards on the run to Chicago, here seen such. It was as replacement of OO-SLB which was sold around that time. On December 19 1994 its final flight was made from Chicago and was ferried the same day to Frankfurt on return to Lufthansa. Around that time two other DC10's were leased from Lufthansa but both entered the Belgian register and their history can be found via OO-SLG and OO-SLH.
