Morane-Saulnier MS.893A Rallye Commodore 180 (11491)

Description: this factory fresh Morane-Saulnier was on July 24 1970 registered to Aero-Club Royal de la Meuse (referring to its regi) established on June 2 1947 and based at Namur airport, here seen at its home base in a livery without titles. On June 17 1972 it had a non-fatal accident at its home base, its CofA did expire a month later on July 14 and was ultimate repaired and also converted to a MS.893A (coming from a MS.892A) receiving a new CofA on June 30 1978.

Description: after a couple of other (private) users between the late seventies and eighties, it went on February 2 1988 to Vrienden van Jeugd en Luchtvaart based at Antwerp airport. Here seen such in the same livery with a few stickers advertising an assurance company Denert. In 1989 it was sold to Icarus Air, Antwerp airport, and on August 26 1991 it was once more sold to a private user (Smolders-Inavi) being on the same day cancelled from the register moving on to the German one as "D-EHET" for another private user.
