Description: this second hand Dragon Rapide was on February 27 1958 registered to Avions Fairey based at Charleroi airport, here seen wearing its full livery. On April 10 1962 it went to Air Affairs, a company established on September 22 1961 and based in Charleroi airport. On April 10 1964 it was re-registered "OO-CNP" for a private user (L. Huybrechts) used for parachute drops by the Centre National de Parachutisme asbl at Wevelgem airport. After a forced landing it was cancelled from the register on August 10 1970 and remained in open storage at Wevelgem airport. In 1973 it was transported to the Brussels Air Museum for a very long restoration process, finished in 2016 and is currently preserved there in the colors of the Lancashire Aircraft Corporation as "G-AKNV".
