Description: this second hand Cessna came on October 27 2003 in the register for Paracentrum Vlaanderen which was established on September 24 1996 and operating this airframe from Schaffen airfield. The aircraft itself arrived as "N209M" at Zwartberg airfield where it was prepared by Smets Aviation Service. Here seen in a livery with a "Skydive Flanders" sticker in the tail and such still current.
