Description: this factory fresh Auster Arrow was registered on March 28 1947 to Vliegschool De Coninck based at Ghent airfield. On April 6 1950 it migrated to Ghent Aero Club. Later on November 25 1966 it went to a private user (A. Weil) and based its aircraft at Grimbergen airfield, here seen such in a livery without titles when making a visit to Antwerp airport. From 1972 onwards it came in the hands of another couple private users (G. Rappe & R. Pire), based at Grimbergen airfield followed in March 1976 by another one (J-C. Sauteur) which based it at Namur airport, later Balen-Keiheuvel airport and Kiewit airfield. On August 20 1982 its CofA did expire and on August 8 1984 it migrated further to another private user (G. Valvekens), basing the airframe at Diest airfield. Later that month it was transported on a trailer to Keiheuvel airfield for restoration by R. Cuypers, officially registered to him on October 2 1984 whereby shortly afterwards it made a local test flight. It left on March 8 1987 Antwerp airport for France and was five days later cancelled from the register, being registered "F-AZFA" a year later, namely on April 5 1988, for a couple private users Eric Luche & Nicolas Wachs.
