Piper PA.18-95 Super Cub (18-3146)

Description: this vintage 1953 build Piper (ex USAAF and ex Belgian Air Force "OL-L72") came on June 16 1970 in the register for Aeroclub van Brasschaat, established on April 30 1969 and based at Brasschaat airfield, here seen such when making a visit to Antwerp airport, still in the Belgian Air Force livery.

Description: as far as August 25 1974 it was seen in the camouflage outfit, but by October 1974 it received its own livery without titles, here seen such after been freshly repainted when making a visit to Antwerp airport. On July 19 1985 it went to Publi-Air's affiliate Heli-Namur based at Namur airport, changing its name on December 11 1988 to Sofinair and on May 29 1992 to Publi-Air itself. After its CofA did expire it was cancelled from the register on April 13 2007, but later that year on July 16, reinstalled for a private user (M. Uyttendaele), also based at Namur airport. On August 17 2010 it migrated to Aérodrome de Namur, since April 1 2011 used by Aero Motion and is still current.
