Description: build in 1947, this second hand SNCAN / Stampe SV.4C was registered on September 15 1961 to a private user (G. Bertrand) basing the airframe at Grimbergen airfield. In 1964 it went to Royal Verviers Aviation, established on February 16 1931 and based at Verviers airfield, here seen such at its home base in a livery without titles. With this club it remained till it was on January 20 2002 substantially damaged during an emergency landing at Hockai, near Verviers airfield. Afterwards it was for a long period laid up inside a hangar at Verviers airfield till being cancelled from the register on March 10 2008 with the reason as 'been destroyed'. However the remains of the airframe were on September 24 2015 bought by a private user (F. Vuylsteke) for a future restoration which indeed did materialise via Raymond's Aircraft Restoration based at Antwerp airport, re-entering the Belgian register for this private owner on September 13 2016 and such still current.
