Description: this vintage 1951 build Piper (ex USAAF) came on October 3 1968 as "OO-HNC" in the register for a private user (A. Van Der Straeten) basing its airframe at Moorsele airfield. On February 16 1973 it was re-registered for Aéroclub des Ardennes, established on March 22 1958 and based at Elsenborn airfield, here seen such at its home base in a livery without titles. After been for a while in storage / restoration at Kiewit airfield, it left in 1986 this location on a trailer and was on March 26 1987 cancelled from the register migrating afterwards to Germany as "D-EJIM" where it was rebuild.
