Mooney M.20J (24-0534)

Date: 25/06/1978

Location: CRL/EBCI

Description: the success of the early school years (with Pipers) encouraged European Air Transport to enter the sale of aircraft. With a potential clientele of future pilots trained in its school, the company became in 1978 the representative of the American manufacturer Mooney M.20J or model 201. Thus on June 2 1978 a factory fresh Mooney was registered to them, here seen as demonstrator on a meeting at Charlerloi airport in its only livery without titles when with E.A.T. with in front a plate of the aircraft performances. After been in 1983 with Vanmey pvba (Wevelgem airport) it went in 1984 to a private owner (Casteleyn) and in later years again to Vanmey pvba (1986) and Locabel Finivest (1988).
