60's Location: BRU/EBBR Photo: collection Skystef Description: this factory fresh Cessna was on December 17 1957 registered to Sabena and arrived at Brussels Airport later that month on December 30. It was used by Ecole d’Aviation Civile / Burgerlijke Luchtvaartschool (founded in 1952) and based at Grimbergen airfield providing training for future Sabena pilots but was between July 26 1960 and December 24 1961 also used by Air Katanga. Here seen in first livery without titles. |
