Description: this vintage 1943 build Piper (ex USAAF) was registered on August 31 1955 to Cogea Nouvelle based at Keerbergen airfield. On March 15 1961 it went to Groupement Aéronautique Namurois based at Namur airport and on June 19 1964 it moved on to a private owner (G. Bertrand) basing the Piper at Grimbergen airfield. In fact this owner was founder of Publi-Air back in 1959 whereby this airframe also carried these titles, here depicted such. On July 16 1969 it went to Air Technic for an onwards sale to another private user (L. Paulis) a couple days later also based at Grimbergen airfield. On June 12 1973 its final private user was R. Declercq, same airfield. After its CofA did expire on May 12 1976 it was for years laid up at Grimbergen airfield and cancelled from the register on December 13 1982.
